Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in business or computer science preferred.
• Prior work experience in a banking environment or computer data operations is desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a customer environment.
• Knowledge of data circuits and computers is essential.
• Excellent proven customer service skills are required.
• Detail and schedule oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Branch Capture and Remote Deposit imports to ensure timely processing for client accounts.
• Serve as a cash management sales resource for the remote deposit product and assist branch personnel with branch capture resources.
• Install remote deposit scanning equipment and troubleshoot software and hardware issues with bank IT staff.
• Complete the annual remote deposit customer recertification, including contact updates and deposit activity reviews.
• Track remote deposit scanners used by commercial customers for deposits via remote deposit capture.
• Provide help desk customer service and training to corporate customers using remote deposit capture, assisting branch staff as needed.
• Assist with departmental tasks such as mobile deposit and ATM transaction review, and complete ATM file transmission according to the monthly schedule.
