Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) year college degree or higher preferred.
  • Four (4) years of experience in banking, quality control, or compliance.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and credit union programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality, control risk, and manage operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and ethics.
  • Travel is required to complete branch reviews, training, and meetings.
  • Report for work on time and maintain a schedule of regular attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Review, document, and report results of quality control reviews.
  • Conduct in person and certification reviews for Retail Branches and College Branches.
  • Assist in identifying and reporting trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement to the Quality Control Program, branch operations, and both the member and team member experience.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating documents, workflows, and processes used for branch reviews.
  • Regularly evaluate processes to make recommendations for improvements to branch quality and operations.
  • Maintain and protect all sensitive data utilizing the highest standard of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Sustain an up to date and comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, as well as branch operations, standards, and processes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support to branch team members, leadership, and business partners.
  • Assist in the departmental and organizational risk assessment process and program.
  • Assist in the updating, communication, and adherence of policies, procedures, and operational documentation.
