About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Product Support Representative in Banker Connection as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking. This role involves providing expertise and resources to branch employees to help them recommend products and services that best accommodate customers. The position emphasizes an exceptional internal customer experience through inbound calls and procedural support. The representative will establish and maintain positive business relationships with internal partners and collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues. The role requires independent judgment and a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Continuous coaching and development are provided to enhance service delivery and foster career growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Branch or Customer Service experience or equivalent.
  • Experience resolving and working through complex issues.
  • Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
  • Effective listening and information elicitation skills.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured but flexible call center environment.
