Position Location Remote Type Hybrid Office Location (if not fully remote): 8700 Indian Creek Parkway Suite 320,, Overland Park, Kansas 66210 Job Description Essential Job Functions-Description: Processing: Complies financial and other needed data to complete loan file. Analyze loan applications, assess creditworthiness, review AUS/Guidelines, and examine title commitments and fees. Request the supporting documentation, such as appraisals, verification of employment, or the verification of deposits from the appropriate parties. Evaluate loan applications for reasonableness and, if needed, escalate files for further evaluation. Review files for completeness before submission to Underwriting. Obtains documentation needed to clear conditions if required. Submit the approved files to Closing. Prioritizes workflow so loans close on time. Prepare and send the approval and denial letters. Direct the client to the Loan Officer or other Licensed employee to clarify and or answer any questions. Records data on the status of loans, including the number of new applications and loans approved, canceled, or denied. Communication: Provide excellent customer service to borrowers, loan officers, vendors, and other interested parties. Communicate with the Loan Officer and borrower to obtain any missing documentation required for the loan process. Additionally, communicate with the title company, appraiser, and other relevant vendors to ensure timely completion of their respective tasks. Special Projects as needed.
