The Branch Performance Manager is a dynamic, field-based leadership role responsible for supporting and strengthening performance across multiple branch locations. This position partners closely with branch leadership to reinforce sales expectations, professional standards, and operational consistency while driving deposit growth, loan production, and customer experience excellence. This role is not desk-based and requires frequent travel, visiting approximately five (5) branches per week, with follow-up visits conducted to ensure completion of action items and sustained performance improvements. The Branch Performance Manager serves as a coach, resource, and accountability partner to branch teams.
