About The Position
The primary purpose of this position is to supervise personnel, facilities, and operations related activities of smaller to medium size branches. The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory, health, and safety compliance at the facility. Specific duties include overseeing the daily safe, efficient, legal, and economical operation of all warehouse, repack, bulk handling, laboratory, and transportation activities. The position requires implementing corporate policy on health and safety, environmental affairs, and operations standards at the branch level, including all training, documentation, and records. Additionally, the role supports sales efforts consistent with corporate and regulatory compliance, health, safety, and environmental affairs. The individual will implement and manage the branch health and safety program, conduct safety audits, and ensure maintenance and upkeep of the facility, buildings, equipment, and fleet. The position also involves developing budgets and operating plans, maintaining security and control over physical operations, and managing personnel development, hiring, and termination processes.
