About The Position

This position aids the Flathead Market Operations Officer with all office operational duties for the selected branch. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to reporting, analyzing, reviewing, reconciling, and completing necessary reports and certifications. This position will also fill in as needed in the event of vacations, unexpected PTO/leave, and per business needs.

Requirements

• Previous banking experience in Teller, Customer Service Representative, Supervision and/or Operations role.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Strong communication, written, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively administer/train employees to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in their positions.
• Possess a clear understanding of banking operations, guidelines, and products.
• Train Tellers and CSRs in new procedures/regulations as needed.
• Provide support and resources to help employees grow and improve in current positions.
• Establish clear performance objectives of employees and provide feedback to Tellers and CSRs on performance progress or issues.
