About The Position

Position Summary: The Relationship Banker Supervisor (RB Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing Relationship Bankers (RBs) and reviewing the various branch operations' policies and procedures to ensure quality control protocols are in place. Perform quality control checks while using discretion and independent judgment and make recommendations to the Branch Operations Manager to ensure efficiency and continuous process improvement of the branches. The primary areas of impact by the Relationship Banker Supervisor are teller operations, new accounts, client experience and training.

Requirements

High School Diploma and/or GED required.
Minimum of three years of banking and/or equivalent of combination of education and/or experience required.
Minimum of two years working in the Branch Operations Department.
Must be able to work independently, have well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
The ability to travel to all locations is a requirement for the position.

Responsibilities

Assists with branch operations scheduling and training
Monitors the RB performance and completes performance appraisals for direct reports
Assists with the balancing of the daily cash and ATM
Reviews new accounts to ensure all required documentation has been completed
Manages the Branch Operations Intranet to ensure all forms and procedures are up to date
Conducts the quarterly cash and key audits and ensures accountability
Reviews Salesforce and the process to ensure proper tracking of cases
Monitors the workflow of the branches to ensure consistency
Recommends new procedures that may foster more consistency within the branches
Assists clients with issues or requests and takes on any duties of an RB, as needed
Keeps the Branch Operations Manager informed of quality control checks and findings
Performs other duties as assigned
