As a Branch Operations Specialist, you’ll be the face of the branch—handling financial transactions, assisting members with inquiries, and ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.

Requirements

• GED or High School required
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in computers and banking software.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Cash-handling experience in a high-volume setting.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience in banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to members in person.
• Perform teller-line transactions for savings, checking, loans, and credit cards.
• Detect and respond to potential fraud or account irregularities.
• Navigate multiple systems with ease while maintaining accuracy.
• Recommend additional products and services to meet member needs.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
