Branch Operations Manager

Fraza and Vitan Equipment is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all day-to-day operations within the branch. This role is crucial as it serves as the face of the branch, ensuring that both external and internal customers receive high-quality, high-performing service support. The Branch Operations Manager will work closely with local personnel and the corporate office to focus on key areas such as safety, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, performance, profitability, and sound asset management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive work environment that fosters employee morale and productivity while driving operational efficiency. In this position, the Branch Operations Manager will oversee various aspects of branch operations, including new and used equipment sales, rental services, parts management, and transportation logistics. The role requires a strong emphasis on establishing and implementing safety programs that align with the company's values. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, ensuring that budgeted operating profit and working capital targets are met. This includes managing both internal and external property and systems installations and repairs, as well as providing support and direction to the sales and sales support teams. The Branch Operations Manager will also collaborate with leadership to implement new processes or improve existing ones, suggest tools and equipment to enhance revenues and efficiencies, and measure and analyze employee performance and operational metrics. Mentoring and guiding employees will be a key responsibility, as will establishing a work environment that promotes good employee morale and engagement.
