Overview Fox Pest Control has an urgent need for a full-time Branch Operations Manager . We are seeking responsible customer service " ALL-STARS " who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. As a Branch Office Manager, you will be managing a team while coordinating operation efforts with our servicing technicians and providing customer service to our current and prospective customers over the phone. We want someone with a positive attitude, who is teachable and eager to learn and has a commitment to honesty and hard work. Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent (required)
  • At least two to five years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity
  • Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office
  • Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture

  • College degree (preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Supporting one or more of our 30+ regional branches
  • Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians
  • Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers
  • Assist in the scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and various other duties as assigned
