The Branch Operations Coordinator (BOC) acts as the central command for the local Acumed sales branch. They support the branch sales representatives by consolidating administrative tasks, managing branch inventory, and organizing surgery set movements. The BOC will maintain case schedules, manage branch inventory, track key indicators, and facilitate set movements. The BOC must be self-motivated and customer service oriented with good time-management skills and the ability to direct action as they are the central point for branch operations and exceptions that arise for the sales team in daily business. The BOC acts as a “right hand” to the Branch Manager for all things operational in the branch territory. However, they will report into the Field Operations Team, from which they will receive tools, process standards, and performance targets.
