Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role supports the customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. The coordinator will complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently. The position also involves supporting the Branch manager in operational tasks and scheduling, resolving issues related to daily operations of the teller line, and supporting customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints. The role requires exercising judgment within defined policies and procedures, providing excellent service, identifying financial needs, and motivating a diverse team to achieve business objectives.
