About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for their National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. In this role, the coordinator will support customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. They will complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently, leveraging knowledge of bank procedures, products, and partners. The coordinator will also support the Branch manager in operational tasks and scheduling, resolve issues related to the daily operations of the teller line under the direction of regional banking management, and assist customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints. The role involves receiving guidance from managers, exercising judgment within defined policies and procedures, providing excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions, and identifying information and services to meet customers' financial needs. Additionally, the coordinator will motivate a diverse team to achieve full potential and meet established business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
