Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for their National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role is an opportunity to support customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. The coordinator will complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization. The position also involves supporting the Branch manager in operational tasks and scheduling, resolving issues related to daily operations of the teller line, and supporting customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints. The individual will receive guidance from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures, provide excellent service, identify financial needs, and motivate a diverse team to achieve business objectives.
