This role is for a Branch Operations Coordinator within the National Branch Network, part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The position involves supporting customer experience by processing transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making introductions to bankers. It also includes completing operational activities while minimizing risks, performing routine to moderately complex transactional and customer support tasks, and assisting the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling. The coordinator will resolve issues related to daily teller line operations, support customers and employees with concerns, and identify financial needs, all while providing excellent service and demonstrating care.
