Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Associate Manager (LO) for their National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. In this role, you will lead and supervise risk and the operations of teller functions, ensuring exceptional customer service, colleague experience, and compliance. Responsibilities include providing feedback for service improvements, performing operational and customer support tasks, managing the teller line schedule and daily operations, and resolving related issues under the direction of regional banking management. You will also interpret regulations, policies, and procedures, support customers and employees with concerns, collaborate with branch colleagues, and directly interact with customers. A key aspect of the role is coaching, motivating, and developing a diverse team of direct reports to achieve business objectives, managing resource allocation, mentoring talent, and assisting in hiring. This LO position involves customer contact, including assessing needs and referring customers interested in dwelling-secured products to a SAFE team member, and assisting customers without taking applications or negotiating terms of dwelling-secured transactions. Individuals in this position must meet Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO).
