Branch Operations Assistant
About The Position
We're looking for a motivated and hard-working Branch Operations Assistant to support our team during a busy season of fleet transitions and equipment swaps. This is a great opportunity for a student or entry-level worker who wants to gain hands-on experience, show initiative, and be part of a hardworking team. Requirements

- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- A self-starter who takes the initiative and stays busy.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- A valid driver’s license is required.

- Previous experience in hands-on, physical work is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with fleet transitions as new trucks arrive or expired trucks are released.
- Help swap upfits and support general fleet maintenance tasks.
- Keep the shop organized, clean, and running efficiently.
- Pitch in with other hands-on tasks as needed.
- Support Fleet and Asset Manager and the shop team in daily operations.
