Responsibilities

• Work with the Branch Manager to set the tone of the branch environment for exceptional customer experience.
• Engage clients as they enter the branch, welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
• Perform branch operations including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM.
• Introduce customers to the branch team for specialized financial assistance.
• Share and set up self-service options for customers to access their accounts 24/7.
• Support the Branch Manager with all aspects of branch operations, including compliance and audit standards.
