Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for their National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role supports the customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making introductions to bankers. The coordinator will complete operational activities while minimizing risks, perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks, and support the Branch manager in operational tasks and scheduling. They will also resolve issues related to daily operations of the teller line under the direction of regional banking management, support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns, and provide excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing transactions. The role involves identifying information and services to meet customers' financial needs and motivating a diverse team to achieve business objectives.
