The Branch / Office Manager – Northern Kentucky is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operational execution of the Northern Kentucky office. This role owns branch-level P&L performance, team leadership, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and cultural alignment. The Branch Manager ensures the branch operates in full alignment with Excel Services’ mission — “We Help People Excel” — and our Core Values: Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Innovative, Quality, and Loyalty. This leader drives profitable growth, operational excellence, workforce development, and a culture of safety and accountability. What You’ll Be Responsible For Financial Performance · Full branch-level P&L accountability · Revenue, margin, and profitability targets · Budgeting and forecasting · Cost control and operational efficiency Operational Leadership · Oversight of project managers, field leaders, and office staff · Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget · Weekly leadership alignment meetings · Removing roadblocks and driving execution Safety & Risk Management · Championing a safety-first culture · Partnering with Safety leadership to reduce incidents · Ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards People & Culture · Coaching and developing leaders · Conducting performance conversations · Building a culture of accountability and ownership · Workforce planning and recruiting partnership with HR Customer & Market Growth · Strengthening GC and client relationships · Supporting business development efforts · Representing Excel Services in the Northern Kentucky market What Success Looks Like · Branch revenue and gross margin exceed targets · Strong backlog and repeat customer base · High employee retention and engagement · Reduced safety incidents A leadership team that runs on discipline and accountability
