About The Position

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled multitasker? We're looking for a Branch Office Administrator to support the branch management team administratively, assist with resolving client issues, communicate and implement our administrative and risk management guidelines and policies, support the hiring process and maintain all HR functions, including payroll for support staff, assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees, and coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities.

Requirements

  • Ideally 2+ years of relevant branch operations experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
  • Passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
