About The Position

Branch Network, providing advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business as well as provide operational assistance Visit Branches to assist with Risk and Controls Execution awareness, root cause detection and guidance Perform analysis to define problems, develop innovative solutions, streamline operational processes and expand Operations capabilities for new products and services Analyze existing operational processes and apply creativity to complex situations, as needed Perform User Acceptance Testing and platform rollouts

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of Branch leadership experience
  • Experience in developing risk management programs, identifying all significant processes, risks, and assessing key controls and monitoring associated with these significant processes
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be in the field up to 75% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
