About The Position

The Marketing Specialist and Transaction Coordinator will support the branch’s marketing efforts and ensure smooth, efficient loan transactions from contract to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage branch marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, flyers, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain and grow our branch presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Implement marketing strategies, in collaboration with supporting Loan Officers, to drive sales operations as needed.
  • Coordinate lunch and learns with real estate offices and partners to educate on CMG products.
  • Visit client/realtors to make marketing deliveries
  • Utilize company marketing platforms to market to past clients and referral sources
  • Contact clients and business partners to thank, congratulate, and request review of CMG service.
  • Assist with internal and external event planning
  • Track and report on marketing activity, engagement, and ROI where applicable.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with CMG and regulatory guidelines in all marketing materials.
  • Act as a central point of contact between loan officers, borrowers, real estate agents, title companies, and internal operations teams.
  • Open new files, organize loan documentation, and help monitor file milestones from application through closing.
  • Track key dates (contract deadlines, appraisal, underwriting conditions, closing dates) and help keep all parties informed.
  • Assist with gathering and organizing documentation needed from borrowers and third parties, routing items to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Update loan status in systems and maintain accurate, organized digital records.
  • Support loan officers with pipeline management, status updates, and customer service follow-up.
