In this role, you will work with customers daily to address questions, issues, and requests for service or products. You will manage the sales counter and branch operations, ensuring top quality service to our customers. Responsibilities include ensuring timely maintenance and service of the fleet, interacting with all levels of staff in the branch(es), distribution centers, and corporate functions, and ensuring proper workflow and adherence to policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all paperwork and documentation is in order and submitted in a timely fashion, partnering with outside vendors, performing daily cycle counts, managing incoming inventory and outgoing orders, and operating various machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
