About The Position

The Branch Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations and team members. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is customer service oriented. The position will require effective management skills, multitasking, forward thinking, efficient and productive go-getter.

Requirements

  • 4 + years' experience operations/customer service/sales experience
  • 2 + years' management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class customer service
  • Execution of business plan and budget achievement
  • Participate in various outbound sales efforts
  • Partner with teams to create synergy amongst all business initiatives
  • Consultative selling during customer engagement
  • Delegation of sales activities and opportunity management
  • Overall branch operational and general responsibilities
  • Inventory management
  • Team management and coordination
  • Ability to learn and comprehend electrical based product knowledge in order to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Phone/Email/Walk In Order processing overflow
