About The Position

Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is searching for a Branch Manager for its upcoming Plymouth location. As the Branch Manager you will develop, lead, and maintain a high performing branch team committed to sales, service, and revenue objectives, with a top priority on community connections. Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years' experience within the financial industry
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience providing excellent customer service
• Demonstrated sound judgement and resourcefulness
• High attention to detail
• Strong mathematical aptitude
• Proven interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through promotional activities
• Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff
• Interview and advise loan applicants
