About The Position

The Branch Manager at Compleat Restorations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations at satellite locations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. This role involves managing staff, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in restoration or a related industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role, preferably in restoration.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and industry software (e.g., DASH, Xactimate).
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration are a plus.
  • Project management-related training and/or certifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales and customer service within the restoration industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations for efficiency, compliance, and safety.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Oversee branch Project Managers.
  • Participate in leadership meetings, on-call rotations, and assist in field operations during high-demand periods or staffing gaps.
  • Manage branch budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure profitability through effective financial oversight.
  • Oversee restoration projects to ensure timely, budget-conscious completion, including all required documentation.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Address issues promptly to maintain project quality and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and inventory organization.
  • Approve utility bills and vendor invoices; coordinate necessary services.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and communicate hiring needs.
  • Create a core values-driven team environment through training and support, fostering employee retention and growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and potential referral sources.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and adopt relevant technologies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
