The position is responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the Branch, including all Member Service functions. The role requires demonstrating leadership skills and fostering an environment supportive of the Credit Union's values, accomplishments, mission, and vision. The individual will be responsible for the development, management, and evaluation of a successful sales, service, and referral culture within the Branch, establishing goals, benchmarks, and measurements for member satisfaction, sales, and referrals. The position also involves analyzing operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring optimal service delivery and exceptional member satisfaction.
