Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in driving business growth, profitability, and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch operations, from sales and customer engagement to staff development and process improvement. The Branch Manager will play a crucial role in implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, and operations. You will lead and manage a team of inside sales professionals and drivers, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure high performance. Additionally, you will assist outside sales professionals in all facets including preparing quotes, providing customer follow-up, and gathering sales leads. Managing and overseeing inventory, maintaining stockroom and showroom appearance, and analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement will also be key responsibilities. Collaboration with other managers and departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives is essential. You will manage the branch budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and profitability is maintained. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and the local community will be vital for success in this role. You will also monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing work hours and approving overtime in the timekeeping system, as well as overseeing the maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment.
