Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience is expected, 4-6 years of relevant experience are required without a degree.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Obtain notary license within 1 year of acceptance of role.
  • Must be able to learn and perform all functions within Branch environment.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

  • Previous financial industry experience.
  • Consumer and mortgage lending experience.
  • Community involvement experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support regional and organizational strategic goals through established vision and direction for the branch.
  • Promote and represent Visions within the local community. Create good public relations.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and member service within the branch.
  • Accountable for team output and delivering team goals.
  • Inspire team to perform through effective communication, motivation, and leading by example.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment for team members to be respected, valued, and empowered to contribute their ideas.
  • Monitor and ensure branch operations are compliant with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Obtain and maintain a NMLS license & Registry, with requirement for Notary Public license. Certified and perform Medallion Signature Guarantee requests.
  • Provides departmental back-up coverage as needed.
  • Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
  • Perform other duties needed to help fulfil our mission, drive our strategy, and support our organization's values.
