About The Position

Requirements

  • Proficient in typing, 10-key calculator, and data entry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with policies.
  • Supervise and schedule employees for various branch operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Contribute to the growth of a profitable loan portfolio by originating loan applications.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of customer information and records.
  • Monitor branch profitability and manage expenses to increase revenues.
  • Conduct meetings with branch employees to discuss various operational issues.
  • Evaluate staffing needs and recommend qualified personnel for hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with audit policies and procedures related to branch operations.
  • Represent the bank in the community and maintain strong relationships with civic organizations.
