About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience within a financial services or customer‑focused environment, with a strong record of coaching teams to high performance.
  • Expertise in people and performance management, including developing talent, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.
  • Solid business and financial acumen, with the ability to meet branch goals in areas such as member growth, deposit and loan production, service delivery, and operational excellence.
  • Strong communication, judgment, and problem‑solving skills, enabling you to make sound decisions that support members, team members, and the credit union’s mission.
