We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Fremont/Bay Area branch. This role is responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while leading a team of service professionals. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pest control industry; fumigation experience preferred.
  • Branch 1 pest control license a strong plus.
  • Proven success in branch or operations management.
  • Strong understanding of fumigation processes and procedures.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Solid business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Valid pest control certification or applicable state license required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling, staffing, and service coordination.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of fumigation professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive branch performance through strategic planning, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and optimize performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and enforce quality control standards.
  • Stay current on industry trends and introduce innovative service solutions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability.
