Join Christian Community Credit Union as a Full-Time Branch Manager in San Dimas, CA. The Branch Manager is a dynamic, customer-centric leader pivotal in driving banking branch growth through proactive member engagement and strong leadership of the sales and service team. This role holds full accountability for branch performance, overseeing loan and deposit growth, referral productivity, member engagement, and operational excellence. The manager fosters a high-performance culture by coaching and developing staff to achieve targets and demonstrates values-based leadership aligned with the Christian faith-driven mission, modeling integrity, service, and empathy in all interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum five years of leadership/supervisory experience in retail or a financial institution required
  • Demonstrated success in a goal-driven or sales-producing environment
  • Excellent customer-centric approach to service
  • Strong knowledge of consumer lending, financial services products, and branch operations
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills
  • Sales leadership skills with a consultative selling approach
  • Performance management skills, and a member-centric service mindset
  • Professional communication & presentation skills
  • Must be available to work onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (flexible full-time hours)
