Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience (construction or staffing is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle moving parts without dropping the ball
- A team-first mindset with the confidence to lead from the front
- Solid communication skills—clear, direct, and effective
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to job sites
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations: dispatch crews, manage schedules, and keep job sites fully staffed
- Recruit, hire, and develop a reliable temporary workforce
- Guide applicants through onboarding and ensure work eligibility
- Oversee payroll processing tied to completed work orders
- Visit job sites to ensure safety standards are met and relationships stay strong
- Handle incident reporting, safety reviews, and risk management with precision
- Deliver exceptional service to both existing and prospective clients
