Your Role: As Branch Manager, you will own the daily performance and culture of your branch. You’ll be entrusted with full operational responsibility, empowered to make decisions, and expected to develop your team, deliver results, and drive a high-impact member experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of branch management or supervisory experience in banking or credit unions.
  • A proven track record of team development, operational leadership, and performance execution.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • A passion for leadership, service, and taking ownership of results.
  • Alignment with our values of integrity, excellence, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team to exceed service and performance goals.
  • Take full ownership of daily branch operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a member-first culture.
  • Identify opportunities for team development, operational improvements, and growth in line with organizational goals.
  • Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and ongoing coaching to staff at all levels.
  • Promote a positive, can-do culture where challenges are embraced and continuous learning is expected.
