About The Position
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Woburn, MA location. As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage a dedicated team, and drive sales and rentals of top-tier equipment—including Caterpillar earthmoving machines, aerial lifts, generators, and more. Your leadership will be key to ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
