About The Position

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in the consumer lending industry, strong leadership skills, and a track record of meeting sales objectives in a fast-paced environment. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing and coaching your team, making sound lending decision, maintaining low delinquency rates, and driving strategic sales initiatives to support branch growth and performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the Consumer Lending or Financial Services Industry.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Closely aligned course of study or applicable years of experience may be substituted.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Applicable years of experience may be substituted.
  • Proven ability to create and sustain sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of leading and motivating a team of direct reports.
  • Capability to use various technologies and learn new programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
  • Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of direct reports.
  • Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving loan applications.
  • Retain and maintain existing customer accounts.
  • Monitor sales metrics and delinquency rate to achieve branch goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports of branch activity.
  • Develop additional customers by networking with local businesses.
  • Implement and follow internal branch auditing procedures.
  • Participate in company meetings and professional development activities.
  • Maintain compliance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
