This role oversees all day-to-day branch activities, from staffing and customer service to rental coordination and budget management. Requirements

College degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
Minimum 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry
Minimum 3 years in the equipment rental industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Highly organized, self-motivated, and customer service oriented

Nice To Haves

Experience managing a rental branch or equipment rental operation
Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

Oversee all branch operations and rental activities
Hire, lead, and develop branch staff
Coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and make-ready processes
Manage the full rental cycle—from the customer’s initial call to delivery, pickup, and preparation for the next rental
Handle branch invoicing, budgeting, administrative, and clerical functions
Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner within the branch and out in the field
