About The Position

The Branch Manager serves as the leader of our Quincy 48th and Quincy Maine branch teams, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences. Based at the Quincy 48th location, this role oversees both branches and is responsible for team development, business growth, community engagement, and ensuring compliance with all bank policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of retail management experience
• Consumer lending experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, services, and branch operation
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and business development
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across two branch locations
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Drive deposit growth, lending production, and overall branch performance
• Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships through proactive outreach
• Monitor branch financial performance and drive achievement of sales and service goals
• Represent the bank at community events and networking opportunities
• Lead, coach, and develop branch team members across both Quincy locations (3-6 employees per location)
• Conduct performance conversations, provide feedback, and support employee development
• Ensure operational accuracy, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Resolve complex customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Promote collaboration between both branch teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
