About The Position

Mustang Cat is hiring a results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations at our Deer Park rental facility. This role oversees all day-to-day branch activities, from staffing and customer service to rental coordination and budget management. Requirements

• College degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry
• Minimum 3 years in the equipment rental industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and customer service oriented

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing a rental branch or equipment rental operation
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations and rental activities
• Hire, lead, and develop branch staff
• Coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and make-ready processes
• Manage the full rental cycle—from the customer’s initial call to delivery, pickup, and preparation for the next rental
• Handle branch invoicing, budgeting, administrative, and clerical functions
• Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner within the branch and out in the field
