About The Position
Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As a Branch Manager, you'll: Lead all operations and team members in a growing branch Have full P&L responsibility for the branch Support and guide Account and Production Managers Drive and develop new contract and enhancement sales processes Grow a collaborative and accountable team environment Develop branch staff through providing learning and coaching opportunities Strengthen and build relationships with clients and the community If this sounds exciting to you, we are seeking a leader with these qualifications:
Requirements
- 3+ years' relevant experience leading multiple teams at a branch level in a similar industry
- Proven experience motivating, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
- Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective team leader.
- Experience managing sales and estimation processes (Job costing, proposals, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- A Winning Attitude!
