The Manager utilizes the Core Beliefs to filter day to day operations to bring the Credit Union “Dream” to fulfillment – To become the preferred Credit Union in Eastern Tennessee, by delivering unparalleled enhanced member value.The Branch Manager leads the operation of a Credit Union branch, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans. The Branch Manager hires, motivates, develops, and directs staff to achieve optimal branch growth.
