INB is seeking an energetic, community-minded Branch Manager to lead our Bloomington, Illinois branch. At INB, we believe banking is about more than transactions—it’s about people. As Branch Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, support local businesses, and guide a dedicated team of professionals. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring that our customers receive the personalized solutions they need to reach their goals while encouraging an environment where employees can thrive and grow. Requirements
- A natural leader with strong community connections.
- Experience in banking, sales leadership, or financial center management (5+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and coaching skills - you enjoy helping people grow.
- Business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain NMLS registration (SAFE Act requirement).
Responsibilities
- Lead in the Community: Be the face of INB in your area, building relationships with businesses, organizations, and community members.
- Inspire Your Team: Recruit, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve branch goals.
- Drive Growth: Expand customer relationships, grow deposits, and promote INB’s innovative products.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and a welcoming branch environment.
