About The Position

Style Crest has a 50+ year tradition of growth and innovation in the building products industry. We’re committed to serving the manufactured housing industry and residential exterior cladding market with an extensive product offering and a dedicated service platform that customers count on to support the success of their businesses. We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in the DFW (Haltom City, TX) area. In this role, you will oversee all day-to-day branch operations including counter sales, customer service, warehousing, inventory management, delivery, installation, facility upkeep, safety, budgeting, and P&L performance. You’ll lead a team of dedicated associates and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving operational efficiency and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior management and leadership experience preferably in a related industry with comparable responsibilities.
  • Inventory and warehouse management experience is required.
  • Be proficient using Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with a WMS or ERP system (Epicor preferred).
  • Strong communication (written & verbal), organization, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • An analytical, detailed, and process-oriented individual with demonstrated success at solving problems, resolving conflict, and making sound decisions.
  • Prior experience in business planning and developing customer relationships.
  • Prior experience working with challenging product lines and a diverse customer base.
  • Knowledge of distribution and transportation activities and the impacts of federal/state laws on these activities.
  • Operates from a clear set of positive values, principles, and ethics.
  • Demonstrated team player who can lead and facilitate a team to produce results while maintaining positive working and customer relationships.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptive and manage through business changes with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of manufactured housing products is preferred.
  • Experience with a WMS or ERP system (Epicor preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Leads the team to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Works and develops the team to exceed sales and operational initiatives.
  • Provides direction by setting clear expectations and consistently training.
  • Resolves conflicts logically and objectively with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
  • Safeguards and maintains the facility, inventory, and equipment. Ensures equipment, tools and vehicles are in good working condition. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe facility.
  • Communicates regularly with the General Manager (Texas) and clearly communicates successes, opportunities, recommendations, capital expenditure requests, and performance efficiencies.
  • Responsible for the P&L and budget success of the operation.
  • Manages the physical inventory and conducts consistent cycle counts.
