About The Position

The key purpose of this position is to lead a team of associates in providing exceptional member service while meeting the strategic objectives of the credit union. This includes the oversight of day-to-day operations, sales and service initiatives, and associate development.

  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to effectively communicate information and ideas
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • 6 years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional service delivery by holding associates accountable for attracting, retaining, and strengthening member relationships by offering products and services that best align with the members' needs.
  • Effectively hire and manage branch staff, with a strong focus on the growth and development of associates through consistent and positive coaching.
  • Track and measure team performance to ensure the corporate, branch, and individual goals and expectations are achieved.
  • Oversight and management of all day-to-day branch operations to include regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and implement processes to improve business functions to enhance the member and associate experience.
  • Effectively use available resources to maintain operational equipment and address facility issues as they arise.
