Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing a portfolio of business with Profit & Loss ownership and/or leading a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, including in-person, written, and presentation delivery.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all departments and levels of the organization.
  • Strategic leadership approach with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage Service Managers and, through them, oversee Field Technicians.
  • Monitoring and changing routes as needed.
  • Vetting your team’s schedule to set them up for efficient and successful days.
  • Holding technicians accountable to company process, procedure, and quality standards with QA checks, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Fostering and developing problem solving within your team.
  • Suggesting changes as needed with management and leadership team.
  • Overseeing and ensuring that production goals are met on a monthly basis.
  • Leading department meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Hiring and training new team members.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with your technicians and customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
