Position Summary The Branch Manager plays a vital role in advancing our mission by leading a full-service branch that delivers meaningful financial solutions and exceptional member experiences. This role is responsible for driving both service and sales performance while ensuring operational integrity and compliance.As a leader, you will coach and develop your team to build trusted relationships, identify member needs, and create personalized plans that support financial well-being. You will represent Trax Credit Union with professionalism and purpose—helping move our members, team, and community forward. Organizes and manages day-to-day activity with branch operations and branch staff. Hires, trains, develops, evaluates, counsels, schedules, and assigns work to branch staff. Serves as liaison between branch and support departments. Responsible for branch achieving its goals and objectives while adhering to member service standards, policies and procedures for all products and services. Maintains strict adherence to security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of members, staff, and assets. Develops, implements, and improves processes related to sales and service. Leads high performance team in achieving established sales and service goals. Focuses on strategies to enhance overall performance effectiveness. Function as a teller, performing all related duties as needed. Open new accounts within credit union parameters. Identify fraudulent activity to prevent potential loss. Open, close and assist members with Safe Deposit Box operations. Read and interpret credit bureau reports and explain information to members as needed. Originate, process and close loans. Take initiative for self-directed training and acquire skills to enhance personal performance. Register with NMLS and maintain registry annually in compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act. Promote and protect the interests of the credit union at all times. Perform duties in compliance with regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act. Perform other duties as assigned. This is a full-time position. Hours are typically Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.). Flexibility may be required based on business needs. Occasional travel may be required. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle independently. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, use sound judgment, and perform tasks involving standing, sitting, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs). Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a financial institution.
  • 3+ years’ experience selling both in person and over the phone.
  • 5+ years of cash handling experience.
