The BM must communicate business priorities effectively to empower colleagues and is the owner of branch execution and outcomes, using financial acumen and strategic insights for decision-making and results. They lead by example, directing all colleague and sales activities to exceed targets, and act as a brand ambassador by engaging with the local community to cultivate and deepen customer relationships.
